MIL-PRF-85285 Types 1 and 2 is a two component high solids polyurethane topcoat with a maximum VOC of 2.8 lbs/gallon. QPD for both types 1 and 2. It is a general purpose exterior protective coating for metal surfaces.

SermeTel 249® is an aqueous inorganic metallic coating that may be matured at room temperature. The coating contains aluminum and zinc powder in an inorganic binder system. SermeTel 249 is useful for corrosion protection, medium high temperature cycling and oxidation resistance. The coating is supplied ready to use, requiring no additions. It can be applied by spray, brush or other suitable methods. In addition to ferrous alloys, SermeTel 249 can be applied to cellulosic materials, zinc, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, ceramics, plastics, and other building materials. The coating can also be used as a touch up for damaged SermeTel basecoats such as SermeTel W®.
P580-3501/-3502/-3503/-3504 are high performance amine cured epoxy primers. They are high solids and fast

Kester 186, under MIL-F-14256, was QPL approved as Type RMA. Although the fluxing ability approaches that of Type RA flux, the flux
residue after soldering is non-corrosive and non-conductive. Kester 186 rosin flux has been developed for use in critical applications where difficult assemblies are to be soldered, but process requirements stipulate use of Type RMA flux. This flux possess high thermal stability for soldering multi-layer assemblies which require a high preheat temperature. Exposure to high preheat temperatures does not degrade solubility of the residue in normal cleaning solvents. There is no surface insulation resistance degradation caused by the flux residue. The use of a minimum of ionic activating agents and the inactive nature of the residue permits leaving the residue on circuit
board assemblies for many applications. The flux residue is also moisture and fungus resistant.
TT 32 is a single pack, pigmented acrylic resin lacquer which dries quickly by solvent evaporation to a matt finish.

coat offers high gloss and colour stability as well as resistance against chemical and mechanical influences.
DINITROL METALLIC is a significantly thixotropic corrosion preventive which provides long term resistance against rust and abrasion even under difficult conditions. When the solvents have evaporated, a tough, elastic, brown, waxy protective film remains on the sheet metal,
giving a high degree of protection. The film is also heat resistant and retains its adhesion to the plate at all usual repair and paint oven temperatures.
PR205 is a two pack strontium chromate pigmented epoxy primer, designed for the internal and external protection of aircraft.

CV116 is a two pack, ambient curing clear polyurethane gloss coating, designed for internal / external use to protect identification markings, labels and emblems.
The primer has been developed for an optimal adhesion in combination with these. The interaction / compatibility to OTTO sealants / adhesives has been tested and released by our technical department. For others, and not mentioned above OTTO product groups,
substrates or coatings we recommend preliminary tests. Do not apply primer and cleanprimer beyond the joint edges and adhesion surfaces to avoid contaminants / optical changings. The Primer contains toluene and is therefore subject to the Obligation to inform and to keep records according to the German Regulation of Chemical Interdiction (amongst others prohibition of self service).
