ROCOL® PX-28 is military grade corrosion preventative for the preservation and corrosion inhibition of the interior surfaces of hollow sections of automotive and vehicle underbodies, certain artillery components bare metal and over certain paint systems.
ROCOL PX-28 is based on petroleum materials dispersed in hydrocarbon solvents. PX-28 does not contain halogenated solvents.
The PX-28 specification includes tests for freedom from corrosive effects, water displacing properties and resistance to solvent washing.
These greases are especially useful in vacuum and other systems where non-reactivity with chemicals, strong acids and oxidizers, fuels, and solvents is required. Each grease is suited for different operating environment temperatures. Although this lubricant is very inert, newly exposed rubbing surfaces of aluminum and magnesium may react with the greases under certain conditions.
These greases are suitable in applications including small and large diameter ball, roller, needle, and plain bearings, electrical contacts, threads, valves, gears, contacts, splines, ball screws, and screw actuators. It is compatible with most elastomers and plastic seals, gaskets and O-rings. |
Air dry solid film lubricant with an epoxy system. Qualifies to MIL-L-23398B.
A soft, lithium soap thickened, medium viscosity, phenylmethyl silicone
grease intended for light to moderately loaded bearings and instruments
operating at very low temperatures where little torque is available.
Perma-Slik RMAC is a MoS2 based solid film lubricant with a moisture-reacting, air dry organo-metallic
binder system. This coating provides very good wear life, thermal stability and performs best in higher load
carrying applications, and meets the requirements of SAE AS1701 Class V. Generally, this coating will dry to
the touch in less than 5 minutes. Ideal for field applications where extensive pretreatments are not practical.
The binder in this coating is not compatible with water and caution should be taken to insure no water is during
processing.
NYCO 65 VASELINE is a stiff, rather tacky petrolatum (heavy mineral
paraffin wax), with a melting point in the range 45 to 65°C. It is not
agressive to any metal or alloy.
NYCO 4224 is micronised graphite for aerospace use. NYCO 4224 is used as anti-seize compound for the assembly of components exposed to high temperature, as well as dry-film lubricant. It is also used in some graphited oils and greases.
Nyco Grease GN 22 is a NLGI 2, clay-thickened grease, based on a synthetic hydrocarbon oil with a viscosity of 7 cSt at 100°C. It is inhibited against corrosion, oxidation and contains anti-wear/extreme pressure additives.
It can be used from -65 to +177°C.

Nyco Grease GN HC is grease based on a synthetic oil non miscible with hydrocarbons and/or polar solvents thickened with a lithium soap.
Nyco Grease GN HC is an aircraft grease designed to lubricate and seal plug valves and all other components exposed to jet fuel in aircraft systems. It exhibits a strong resistance to wash-out by hydrocarbons as well as solvents. Nyco Grease GN HC is also used as sealing compound for valves conveying hot crude oil or natural gas in the Oil and Gas industry. It is not normally used in bearings because of its extreme tackiness and adherence to metal surfaces.

BONDERITE S-FN T-502 ACHESON (known as DAG T-502) is a combination of specialty processed carbon particles
in a fluoroelastomer resin system designed to provide high resistance values. In its cured form, it exhibits both high and
low temperature flexibility and moisture resistance. These benefits, when coupled with ease of application and long shelf
life, make the product adaptable to a wide variety of uses. This product may also be mixed with other Dag® products to
provide a wide resistance range.
Krytox® 143 series oils are clear, colorless, fluorinated
synthetic oils that are nonreactive, nonflammable,
safe in chemical and oxygen service, and
are long-lasting. Krytox® is a perfluoropolyether
(PFPE)—also called perfluoroalkylether (PFAE)
or perfluoropolyalkylether (PFPAE)—with the
following chemical structure:

The polymer chain is completely saturated and
contains only carbon, oxygen, and fluorine. On a
weight basis, a typical Krytox® oil contains 21.6%
carbon, 9.4% oxygen, and 69.0% fluorine.
All standard grades of grease are thickened with
Krytox® 2000 polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE, whose
formula is (CF2-CF2)n. This special high efficiency
thickener has a melting point of 325°C (617°F) and
has low molecular weight and submicron (0.2 m)
particle size for higher performance in bearings.
Krytox® 240 series greases are white buttery greases
with all of the same properties as the 143 series oils
that they are made from, but they are in grease form.
Krytox® 250 series EP greases are black greases
that contain molybdenum disulfide added as an
extreme pressure additive for highly loaded gears
and bearings.
Krytox® 283 series anticorrosion greases are white
greases that contain sodium nitrite. These grades
provide rust protection at ambient temperatures,
corrosion protection at high temperatures, and
antiwear protection.
Emkarate RL 68H is an ISO VG 68 synthetic polyol ester (POE) lubricant formulated specifically for use in refrigeration and air-Conditioning compressors using HFC refrigerants. This product provides effective wear protection for steel and aluminium
surfaces for increased system life and improved efficiency and is suitable for both initial fill and service fill. The combination of low temperature characteristics and unparalleled chemical and thermal stability enable the use of Emkarate RL 68H over a wide
operating temperature range.
Esnalube 382 is thermally cured with a low VOC for safer use. This MoS2 based solid film lubricant uses a silicate binder system. This special coating has anti-galling and anti-seize properties, good chemical resistance and a low coefficient of friction, making it ideal for virtually all types of fasteners, specialty nuts and washers, threaded connectors and disconnects and engine fasteners. It has excellent thermal stability and performs well over a wide range of loads.

Sandstrom HI-T 650 Solid Film Lubricant is a lacquer-like coating containing molybdenum disulfide and corrosioninhibiting pigments with a silicone vehicle. It is a specialized product designed to prevent galling and provide long wear life at high termperatures (5000 F to 7500
F) exceeding the operational ranges of Sandstrom 9A and 27A. Higher pigment loading protects all metals from galling, fretting, and seizing. This solid film lubricant exhibits extremely low friction and anti-galling characteristics at loads in excess of 100,000 psi. It may be applied by spray or dip.
Fuchs 762 delivers optimum sealing-efficiency in high-temperature environments. In fact, maximum sealing is attained within the temperature range of 550ºC to 760ºC. However, depending on the characteristics of the joint faces involved, a satisfactory performance can be achieved over a wider temperature range. For example, the compound is known to be effective from 200ºC to 800ºC in the case of rigid joint faces of good surface finish, which are free from distortion and differential movement at the operating temperatures.
Sandstrom 28A Solid Film Lubricant is a thermoplastic coating containing molybdenum disulfide and corrosion inhibiting pigments. This air drying material prevents corrosion, galling, seizing and fretting. It is a low-friction coating that exhibits long wear life when operated at -320°F to +300°F under loads exceeding 100,000 psi. Sandstrom 28A should be applied where baking with the longer wearing, heat cured #099, Sandstrom 9A or LC-300 is not desirable or practical. Once 28A has been applied to a properly prepared surface and allowed to cure, it is virtually unaffected by atmospheric and fretting corrosion, acids, oils and degreasers. Sandstrom 28A can be applied to all metallic and non-metallic surfaces by spray application.

Versilube® G321 is a soapthickened, dimethyl-diphenyl polysiloxane based grease. Formulated to conform with the specifications outlined in the commercial item description (CID) A-A-59173 Type II, Versilube G321 resists oxidation and degradation even under extreme conditions.
A highly water-resistant synthetic lubricant grease containing 45% PTFE, the highest PTFE available. Perfect for heavy loads and bi-metal anti-corrosion applications. Also works well at protecting against rust corrosion and anti-seize applications.
Nycoprotec 8188 is a 3 cSt oil at 100°C and is made of neopolyol esters, anti-oxydant, anti-wear and corrosion inhibitors.
Nycoprotec 8188 is designed to provide protection against corrosion in gas turbine engine lubrication system during storage. Due to its chemical nature and characteristics very close from that of turbine oils, it is not required to flush the lubrication system prior to filling with the turbine oil for the operation of the gas turbine. It is compatible with turbine oils complying with MIL-PRF-7808, MIL-PRF-23699 and DoD-PRF-85734 specifications.
AeroShell Turbine Oil 560 in a US quart can, is a third-generation 5-centistoke synthetic hindered ester lubrication oil. Formulated to cope with demanding operating conditions, ASTO 560 has consistently delivered the right balance of performance and cost efficiency to the global aviation industry.
