Edge sealing minimizes the adverse effects of rigorous use or prolonged or severe exposure
conditions by providing water and contaminant-tight seal between a graphic film and
substrate. It is required for some 3M warranted graphics (refer to the base film's Product
Bulletin for details). These products also may be applied even after the applied film shows
signs of wear, such as edge lifting, to significantly reduce further wear; however, such
application does not meet the requirements for warranted graphics.
Edge sealers 3950 and 4150S are single component colorless liquids.
Edge sealer 8914 is a clear tape used to seal vehicle window graphics and for sealing cut
edges and seams on watercraft graphics.

There are three different pistons to meet your application needs: A micro-interference fitting P-piston, a low friction
piston (LF), and a non-interference fitting piston (NI).
The higher the interference, the cleaner the wiping action on the inner diameter of the syringe barrel. However, this
increases the potential for air-entrapment. You may want to sample a variety of pistons to find the right product for
your material and application. Each piston is molded from polyethylene and meets the rigid requirements of high
tech industries.

Flange caps are designed to seal the large open end of the syringe, ensuring the piston is contained and that no contaminants come in contact with material during storage and shipment. All hybrid flange caps have a special tamper evident feature. In order to remove the cap, the user must detach the safety seal, which is then used as a pull ring to remove the cap, clearly identifying if the product has been opened.

Red plastic tip cap 232991
Tip caps are used to seal the syringe dispensing tip during storage and shipment. Three different styles are available
to fit any Luer Lock or Luer Slip connection. Our patented black spike tip cap has a stem or “spike” that is inserted
into the syringe dispensing tip. This helps evacuate air during and after filling. The large flat surface enables the user
to store the syringe with the dispensing tip down. This allows any existing air to migrate toward the syringe piston,
where it can be easily evacuated.

SCS1200 Construction sealant is a proven, high-strength, acetoxy-cure silicone used for glazing applications. Permanently flexible with excellent adhesion, it is able to form a strong, waterproof seal that can withstand harsh weather for decades.
SCS1200 Construction sealant is 100% silicone with exceptional strength and a fast cure time. Its properties make it an ideal candidate for butt joint, structural, and general glazing. It is proven in protective glazing applications and in adding stiffening elements to glass and building panels. SCS1200 Construction sealant can secure glass to frame without a primer, forming a seal that will not crack, shrink or separate.
SCS1200 Construction sealant securely bonds without a primer to most nonporous construction materials. It can be used with many substrates and finishes, including glass, glass coatings, polycarbonate, vinyl, plastics, ceramic frits, fluoropolymer and powder coated paints, conversion coatings, and anodized aluminum.
100% silicone
CHO-BOND 1075 is used both for bonding EMI gaskets and for providing EMI shielding and environmental protection as a caulk. It is specifically recommended for bonding CHO-SEAL 1285 conductive elastomer gaskets (silver-plated-aluminum filled silicone).
RTV133 black, one-component, ready-to-use, silicone rubber adhesive sealant is an excellent candidate to
consider for use in applications in the electronic, aerospace, appliance, transportation and other industries
where resistance to burning of the finished product is a significant design consideration. On exposure to
moisture in the air at room temperature, this adhesive sealant cures to a tough, durable, resilient silicone
rubber. It utilizes an atomospheric moisture cure system, which releases an alcohol vapor from the sealant
surface during cure. RTV133 sealant offers generally low odor cure with virtually no unpleasant smell or
pungent cure by-products. It is, however, somewhat slower curing both in tack-free time and cure-through
time than many atmosheric moisture cure silicone adhesive sealants that give off acetic acid vapors as a
cure by-product.
Red colored, all-purpose sealant that holds even the heaviest of gaskets in place during assembly. Seals and bonds rubber, cork, paper, felt, and metal gaskets. Sets quickly to a very tacky film. Suitable to 500°F (260°C). Contains no ozone-depleting compounds. Resists gasoline, oil, kerosene, propane and butane.

Vibra-Tite VC-3 is a powerful locking and sealing coating for threaded fasteners that works on the principle of “friction through viscosity.” It utilizes a special blend of acrylic resins to prevent fasteners from loosening — even under extreme vibration.
P/S 872 Class B is a conductive lightning strike, corrosion inhibitive sealant. It has a service temperature range from -67°F (-55°C) to 250°F (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to 275°F (135°C). The cured sealant maintains electrical continuity in a highly
torqued fay surface for certain aircraft applications. This material acts an effective barrier against the common causes of corrosion on aluminum alloys or between dissimilar metals. The cured material is resistant to intermittent exposure to both jet fuel and aviation gas.
P/S 872 Class B is a two part, aluminum filled, manganese dioxide cured, polysulfide compound. The uncured material is a low sag, thixotropic paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature to form a resilient sealant having
excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates. The following tests are in accordance with Lockheed STM40-114 Class B specification test methods.

The Ruscoe Nitrile Rubber Sealant is an aluminum fortified adhesive formula that incorporates the protective and elastic qualities of synthetic elastomers. It does not require any priming on properly prepared surfaces and can be applied at a temperature range of 40 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. This sealant is consisted of 3 different options, the 12-1 Seam Sealer, 12-3 Self-Leveling, and the 12-4 Non-Sag. The 12-1 seam sealer is recommended for sealing openings less than 1/8in. and can be used as an effective sealant against chemicals, water, air and dirt for sealing seams in downspouts, gutters, chimney flashing, animal feeders, wood, ceramic, concrete, brick, metal, stone, masonry, marble, and glass. The 12-3 Self-Leveling sealant is recommended for sealing openings greater than 1/8in. on areas such as metal buildings, metal or wood doors, windows, HVAC, concrete, stone, marble, glass, and more. The 12-4 Non-Sag sealant is used for sealing openings and lap joints greater than 1/8in. and can be used against water, chemicals, mobile homes, concrete, wood, metal, HVAC, and more. Ruscoe recommends that the 12-1 Seam Sealer and the 12-3 Self-Leveling only be used for sealing horizontal seams only, while the 12-4 Non-Sag can be used on horizontal, vertical, over-head, slanted, or angular surfaces. Cleans up with acetone. Base Polymer: Nitrile Rubber.
